1. Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if service delivery hasn’t begun.
  • Once service delivery or consultation has started, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Technical error or double payment
  • Failure to deliver the service as promised (subject to evaluation)
  • Service not initiated and cancellation requested in time

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase via support@outsurface.com.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
