Since Outsurface provides only digital and online services, here is how delivery works:

1. Mode of Delivery

All services are delivered via:

  • Email
  • Online portals/dashboards
  • Video calls or screen sharing
  • Cloud platforms

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery times are specified in each service description or proposal.
  • Most services are initiated within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment.

3. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. All deliverables are digital and will be shared electronically.

4. Support

If you haven’t received your service as expected, contact support@outsurface.com immediately with your order reference.
